The Pilates Pathway invites you to join us in our fully equipped studio, the first and largest facility of its kind in Coeur d'Alene. We offer you a multitude of program options, top quality equipment and personal training. In your journey to a new way of movement, our instructors will guide you through preliminary, beginning, intermediate and advanced level programs. Our studio has a personal approach to teaching, using an innovative approach to problem solving, tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Mat Classes:

Mat works more than you think, Its great for arms/legs but always a great ab workout!

 

Pilates Stick:

An affordable group class that provides many reformer exercises at almost half the cost.

 

Booty Barre Class:

Uniquely fun, high energy group fitness which will firm, tighten and tone your whole body while using the Ballet Bar.

 

Reformer Classes:

A group class that broadens your exercise repertoire with a moving carriage and spring resistance.

 

Bootcamp Class:

A cardio based Pilates circuit class. A faster pace using pilates equipment.

 

Power Pilates:

A cardio based Pilates circuit class. A faster pace using pilates equipment.

 

Core Align:

The Core Align, a totally unique exercise system, is designed to improve posture, balance, and functional movement patterns.

 

Core Fitness Roller:

The Core Fitness Roller (CFR) enhances core stabilization and balance while strengthening all muscle groups.
